10 Commandments

Chris Lombardo and Judge Gentile broke 5 of the 10 Commandments in my 8 year civil divorce. All of this plus the 45 violations of my civil rights, 18 felonies against me etc. is a TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE LAW. Some of these 5 are also part of the 18 felonies. When you put all these violations etc it is ATTEMPTED MURDER of me on the criminal side and DEFAMATION and INTENTIONAL INFLICTION Of EMOTIONAL DISTRESS on the civil side. 1. SHALL NOT STEAL. Lombardo and Gentile formed a conspiracy to take advantage of my wife's mental illness and stole 90% of my net worth. We had a net worth of $7,000,000.00. $1,000,000 was my wife's from her prior divorce and her inheritance. This was put in her separate name. I could never write checks on this. It was not joint as Kristen Norse stated. My wife admitted this in the settlement agreement with Judge Greider and she admitted that my stock etc was not commingled as Kristen Norse stated- who charged $130,000 for 3 months work--Outrageous. My divorce attorney charged me about $140,000 for 6 1/2 years of work. The divorce is almost over- my wife and Lombardo got $6,500,000 and I got $500,000. My wife also bought a $600,000 Naples house with joint money when I was on my death bed at our home in Wisconsin We were snowbirds and not separated and she put this Naples home in her name and a fake name when we were married. The deed is in her name - I couldn't sell this house but Kristin North said it was joint like her $1,000,000.00 . She is charging $130,000 and does not know the facts. After the settlement agreement was signed Lombardo had my mentally wife perjure herself on the stand different than the settlement agreement-Elder Abuse and Grand Larceny by Lombardo and Gentile. 2. SHALL NOT MURDER . I tried to legally to stop Lombardo and Gentile from this above theft and revenge set in by them and they tried to kill me with all their 18 felonies, 45 violations of my civil rights, etc. They made me a fugitive and they had the US Marshalls sent out with no probable cause and my 87 year old brother in law died from the shock and trauma of the raid. This is Attempted murder of me, Felony murder of my brother in law, False Imprisonment, Obstruction of justice, Malicious Prosecution etc. 3. SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY.
