18 Felonies

18 FELONIES committed by Lombardo, judge Gentile and their partners in crime against me.

My criminal case against Lombardo and Gentile includes 16 of the following 18 Felonies --See felonies 2 thru 17 below--in my 8 year divorce. (8 years that started 6-2022. Now on the 9th year). I was married just 13 years - a late in life marriage. My criminal case against Lombardo and Gentile is Attempted Murder of me and Grand larceny of my life savings - plus, plus. This is all wrapped up within 3 massive conspiracies and murder of my 87 year old brother in law by Lombardo, Gentile, my ex, Stuart, etc. This is called he Naples, Florida Web of Criminality. It is hard to believe my case but I have lived it. It is hard to believe my case could happen in the US court systems where Lombardo has made 2 divorce judges criminals - Gentile and Judge Evans This includes Lombardo making Gentile a murderer. Lombardo along with Gentile and my wife are the main instigators of the felony murder and Assistant DA James Stuart and sheriff John Lathrup carried out the murder in Georgia at my sister's house when the warrant was Florida only. How do you stop these criminals? General Patton once said TO WIN WAR YOU HAVE TO BECOME WAR. I keep trying to fight for justice but I'm fighting the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. Even thou I have great morals, tell the truth and go by the book of ethics -Assistant DA James Stuart still manipulates the court system for Lombardo, Gentile and my ex. James Stuart of the States Attorney Office, John Lathrup of the Lee County sheriff's office and Mike McDermott of the JQC are all involved in the felony murder of my brother in law. So I can't rely on any of these 3 offices to help me because they block me knowing they all are part of the felony murder. I investigate myself which is my right and they put me in jail for aggravated stalking. See Ga ng of 6 on my website. I act out my nightmares on You Tube caused by this disastrous and outrageous divorce and they put me in jail for harassment. They keep saying I'm going to hurt them - by Lombardo having 7 people lie I'm going to murder them. I recuse, disbar and impeach and they say I'm threatening them ( hurt-threaten-stalk and harass). They freeze my money and I can't hire an attorney. They steal 90% of my net worth so I can't fight back. Plus they commit 18 felonies against me that is outrageous, intentionally done, and I have been hurt physically and mentally. It never ends - I'm happy to be alive. Lombardo is a sado-masochist- he loves to inflict pain and needs to see a PHD Psychologist. I'm also trying to stop corruption across the US by setting an example in Naples, Florida. There are 2,500,000 bribes a year to judges in the US plus the legal system needs to be brought up to modern day technology of the business world possibly by my example of my using You Tube. There are 106,000 attorneys in Florida- too many- that many do corrupt things to put bread on the table. Many of the following felonies run rampant throughout my divorce. 1. False Imprisonment- false charges- faking domestic violence. My wife is mentally ill and put me in jail twice on false charges just before she filed for divorce in July 2014 to make me look like a guilty party. Just after this my 2 step sons wrote me emails - see my website - where she put both her boys in jail 15 times each before they were 14 years old on the same false charges of faking domestic violence. I didn't know this when we married. She also was a criminal that I didn't know. See my breakdown of my wife's mental illness in video 2. My wife is behind all the false charges by Lombardo and Gentile that led to Uncle Bob's death. My wife and I had a signed settlement agreement after 1 1/2 years with Judge Greider when Judge Greider and both her and my attorneys mysteriously quit after my Merrill Lynch Wealth mgr found a $150,000 discrepency. Judge Greider is one of the 4 corrupt judges. $50,000 each?? Judge Greider has been demoted and is known to favor local sheriff's families etc over out of staters like me. 2. Conspiracy to Steal. It is very difficult living with a mentally ill wife let alone all these felonies committed by Lombardo and Gentile since I just came off 6 heart operations. When Lombardo and Gentile began after 1 1/2 yeas there was a total disregard for the settlement agreement- same wife and same case number. Intent was there on all items of the divorce except Beth the Fraud Vogelsang of Henderson Franklin law firm changed a document just before it was signed. Lombardo ran over Gentile -he hired Gentile right out of law school for his law firm and it was payback time. Lombardo and Gentile knew my wife was mentally ill and that I just had come off my 6th heart operation for A-fib - a 6 hour heart operation - about 4 months earlier. Lombardo and Gentile had formed their 1st Conspiracy to steal my money. 3. Elder Abuse and 4. Perjury. Lombardo and Gentile took advantage of 2 elderly people having my wife perjure herself on the stand to steal and have her testify differently than the signed settlement agreement. This was for Lombardo and Gentile's financial gain. 5. Grand Larceny. Gentile signed an order allowing Lombardo to steal as much as he wanted in fake legal fees - $180,000, $40,000 etc. from my Merrill Lynch Wealth Management account. This is white collar crime in the middle of the day. Lombardo and his associate Joe Coleman give a 7 minute speech on the value of my Wisconsin house and charged $35,000. We just had a $350.00 appraisal. This is American Greed. Lombardo and Gentile stole $6 1/2 million of the total $7,000,000 net worth. My wife had $1,000,000 of this in her name including her inheritance just after we got married. . When we got married my wife had $400,000 and I had millions. Now she has millions and I have a little over $400,000. Shows how corrupt Naples, Florida legal system is. My wife never really got married to me. She never wore her wedding ring. She refused to work after she past the Florida bar. She is a gold digger and mentally ill 20-25 % of the time where her mood swings changes her into a different person. My divorce should have been annulled. 6. Bribery -- I will prove 100% Gentile is on the take from Lombardo. I have inside info. During this time I tried to recuse, disbar and impeach both Lombardo and Gentile and at this time REVENGE set in by Lombardo and Gentile and their following crimes SNOWBALLED into felony murder of my brother in law. Gentile felt he was above the law and wears a black robe that allows him to be part of the Good Ol Boys that allows him to get away with murder. He is now trying to SWOON Judge Padar to make her a Good Ol Boy and let him off murder charges. He is not above the law and should lose his immunities because Gentile is a criminal. Lombardo and Gentile are desperate - I'm coming after them. 7. Conspiracy 2 by Lombardo and Gentile. They try to break me so I do something illegal so they can put me in jail longer and longer. They try to frame me, defame and ki ll me by trying to make me a violent convicted felon to tarnish my image in front of a criminal judge so that judge will be swooned and overlook their felonies against me. I have no criminal record but Lombardo and Gentile lie i'm going to hurt them, threaten them, stalk them, to make me look violent. Gentile wears a black robe and is a Good Ol Boy. All the following also falls under Cruel and Unusual Punishment under the 45 violations of my Constitutional rights and the 5 violations of the 10 Commandments Lombardo and Gentile have committed against me because I tried to legally stop them from stealing my money. 8. False Imprisonment of me 7 more times on false charges and going in front of 24 criminal judge in a civil divorce by Lombardo and Gentile using Gorilla War tactics such as 6 false restraining orders for 10 years, , ankle bracelets for 10 years, car tracking devices, US Marshalls raid, raid of my private investigators office, kicking me out of Florida for 10 years to make me look violent, post most wanted signs of me. and makes fun of my tombstone. Stuart destroyed the video of the US Marshall raid. 9. Battery, I was beat up by a double murderer in a paddywagon ride from hell. Torn rotator cuff, etc. This is the beginning of the torture of me on the criminal side of the courthouse by Lombardo in a civil divorce. Keep in mind I have no criminal record or ever been in a fight. 10 Statutory Ra pe. Lombardo and Gentile promoted statutory ra pe and pimped out my wife for fees. 11. Judicial abuse, sexual abuse, elder abuse and 12. Abuse of power. This is total disregard of the legal system. This is a total miscarriage of justice. This is the biggest corruption case in US history and the biggest violation of ones civil liberties in US History. Lombardo and Gentile tried to hide who the married Collier County Judge that had committed statutory ra pe with my mentally ill wife. This is the third corrupt judge. In my divorce I have been in front of 24 criminal Judges plus the rapist judge , 3 divorce judges, 3 appeals Judges and Judge Crown who sent out the US Marshalls. 99% of divorces have 1 Judge- I have had 32 judges--Yes 32 Judges--Malicious Prosecution. 13 Malicious Prosecution. Having 7 people lie I'm going to murder them and twisting the truth etc. 14. Obstruction of Justice. The shock and trauma and unfortunate early death of my 87 year old brother in law in a awful US Marshall raid instigated by Lombardo, Gentile and my ex and carried out under false charges that aren't even misdemeanors and charges that have no probable cause by Assistant DA James Stuart and Intel sheriff John Lathrup. Lombardo threatens and scares people and judges. He sanctioned my divorce attorney, he threatened my Merrill Lynch wealth mgr that he would lose his job if he talked, said i threatened the Merrill Lynch attorney. subpoened my Chase bank account months after he lied to criminal Judge Padar that divorce was over. He put other opposition in jail -Randy Place. Lombardo has to win at all costs and now he is trying to get away with murder. He is a savage. I think Lombardo is mentally violent and that is why I fear for my life and my families. My 87 year old brother is petrified Lombardo will kill him like Lombardo k illed Uncle Bob. I have asked judge Padar for protective custody from Lombardo. 18. Hate crimes and Conspiracy 3 by Judge Mary C. Evans. Judge Mary C Evans created the 6 C's. She Created a Conspiracy to Cover up Corruption and became a Criminal in the 20th Circuit. She hated me because I was going after 3 corrupt judges and to punish me she gave away 90 % of my net worth. She even perjured herself from the bench lying I had my private investigator sitting in her driveway. She tried to protect the legal integrity of the corrupt Naples, Fla. legal system than give me fair rial. She was behind my appeal being denied by the Court of Appeals by making my civil divorce case a criminal case by running a kangaroo court which is a joke. She could not keep the civil divorce case a civil case because Lombardo ran over her and he tortured me on the criminal side of the courthouse. My nephew got up and told Judge Evans that Lombardo murdered his dad and Evans hid the murder. She is very very biased on my lopsided case and she refused to recuse herself to protect Gentile etc, from all their crimes. She is a disgrace to Stetson Law School. Mary C Evans is the 4th corrupt judge. She has no idea what ethics or fairness is or what a Court of Equity is because she works in Court of Hatred, a Court of Good Ol Boys, and a Court of Corruption. This summarizes my criminal suit against Lombardo and Gentile. My civil suit is for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
