Editorial of Business World to Antiquated Legal System

Jeff-Today is July 12-2022. Your grand-dad and my dad would have been 117 years old today. Jeff- We are so use to working within the ethical business world of major corporations- You and Esther both with Chevron as petroleum engineers and me an attorney with Walgreens-all from great schools. Somehow the people I have had to deal with in Collier County- Naples, Florida are in a different world that you would not think would exist in the US court systems. They are not ethical and many are criminals. In the business world we fire unethical people and put criminals in jail. Naples legal system has no idea what ethics is-they are not above the law but as you read my case they feel they are above the law. They feel they can do no wrong because other Good Ol Boy judges are their shield of armor and stick up for each other even if the other is a criminal. They SWOON each other. All my comparisons of Walgreens to the legal world was how Walgreens operated before I retired 17 years ago. Walgreens doesn't have good Ol Boys in the business world. Example at Walgreens. The son of the ex President of Walgreens was a good friend of mine in the real estate department -also a lawyer and MBA. Keep in mind the new president of Walgreens was hand groomed by his dad. His son -my friend left Walgreens and went to CVS for a short time and knew he made a mistake. The new President would not allow him to come back to Walgreens and this President was hand groomed by my friend's dad. There were no crimes on anything done unethically but loyalty was gone. Walgreens takes it a step further not only with ethics but loyalty. The son is now living off a trust fund. Another example at Walgreens : I got my step son - a computer wiz kid into Walgreens corporate headquarters as a intern between his junior and senior years of college at U of Illinois He redid all Walgreens computers. He was working for one of my trainees who became head of finance at Walgreens after he got his CFA. My step son was highly sought after by Walgreens when he graduated and he got a job in Supply Chain Mgt. 6 months later he put something personal on his company computer - a minor violation but unethical. He was fired instantly and ushered out of the building by security. It was very embarrassing to me. It shows you we go by ethics at Walgreens and working for Mr Walgreen and my friend's dad you not only learn ethics but they made me a better person and the main reason I'm going after this corruption in Naples, Florida. My stepson then went to Apple Headquarters in California to Microsoft in Seattle and now in Seattle with Amazon making close to $300,000 a year. At Walgreens- you may be bright- but you are gone if you are unethical - no second chances. My step son got married a couple years ago and did not invite his mentally ill mother to his wedding because of what she had done to them as kids--Putting them in jail 15 times each before they were 14 years old in fake domestic violence charges. . I was there alone at the wedding and gave a short speech to about 100 people. The second stepson was a drug addict who I put through college and I put their mother - my ex-through law school. I married into a dysfunctional family. I could not right the ship- I failed. She then tried to kill me. I could not help her with her awful mood swings. It is amazing how mental illness can devastate your marriage and the Pervert Naples judges and Lombardo took advantage of her- sexual abuse, elder abuse, judicial abuse, financial abuse etc. In the business world my divorce would have been over in one month and not 8 years as in the antiquated legal system in Naples. -- You sit down in a conference room with an outside accountant and you can talk freely. In the business world we make money for a company and not put innocent people in jail to get a conviction or a notch on your bed post. In the business world we have layers of management to make decisions like a jury in a criminal case NOT like a single divorce judge who is full of hatred towards you and can ruin you like Gentile and Evans did to me. . In the business world we don't take potty or comfort breaks every hour . We get the job done. I lived in Chicago and worked in Florida. I flew on my own time and not company time plus many Saturdays for close to 30 years- plus business dinners 3-4 nights a week.. My second home was airports and limos to and from the airport and not the Collier County jail as it is now in the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. .In the business world we had Human Resource Department to deal with people problems and not like the worthless Florida Fla and the worthless JQC. The Florida Bar can't manage 106,000 attorneys. Mike McDermott had the head job in title only in Tallahassee as head of the JQC. He reclined in his lazy boy all day dreaming of the mountains of Tennessee. In the business world the boss could fire someone where the Chief Justice hands are tied. The Chief Justice is the boss in Title only. The Chief Justice just moves worthless judges to more remote court houses like Evans and Gentile. Pretty soon Gentile will be a judge on a barge in the Everglades talking to alligators. Judges can rob your life savings, promote rape of your mentally ill wife and murder your family member and they are still working in the corrupt Naples legal system. Sad! However Amira Fox -States Attorney of Naples promoted James Stuart--a murderer. If Assistant DA James Stuart had done to me in the business world what he did in the Naples criminal system he would have been fired instantly, ushered out of he Walgreen building by police escort and we probably would have filed charges for him to be disbarred - but no - Amira Fox promoted him. Stuart destroyed evidence, made false charges against me and carried out the murder of Uncle Bob. If Stuart worked for Walgreens he would be in prison in Sing Sing which is much worse than my singing. How do you fight this corruption? A Chief Justice of each circuit should make the decision to recuse a sitting judge and not the Judge himself like Gentile and Evans did. I fired Lisa Kirby -my divorce attorney -for 4 months because she was scared to recuse Gentile so I tried myself pro se because of conflict of interest. Gentile refused to be recused which I think will be worst decision of his life. Lombardo made him a thief and a murderer because he is a Judge that follows and does not lead. He and Lombardo had a conspiracy to steal my money. He had to stay to better his retirement though white collar crime. Lisa Kirby finally saw the outright corruption by Lombardo and Gentile that she finally got Gentile recused after 1 1/2 years but the damage was done and Judge Evans had to cover it up to protect the legal integrity of the Naples legal system and she became a criminal in doing so. Judges are so scared of Lombardo that he ran over both Judges Gentile and Evans and they all should be disbarred or impeached. These 2 Judges couldn't control what happens in their own courtrooms. Both judges ran Kangaroo courts - a joke. I tried to stop this corruption and I'm in jail. I tried to talk and I was not allowed too-- In the business world we all sit down at a conference table and iron out all issues. In court you may not be able to talk for another 6 months or so showing how inefficient the court system is. The court system is antiquated. Lombardo is a procedural nightmare. In bible study in jail a car thief told us how to steal cars--You test drive 2 cars and make duplicate keys then you get 2 hookers high on drugs and drop them off at the car dealership and they steal the cars and you don't get caught. Remember this is TOLD to us in bible study but Lombardo would twist the truth and say I'm going to steal cars. Lombardo is suppose to be a Super Lawyer but he is Super SCUM and a degenerate. . You can't meet with a judge or Assistant DA. They hide behind closed doors and black robes. If I wanted to talk to Mr Walgreen I would go through proper channels and meet with him and the problem is worked out in 1 day and not 6 months to a year. Judge Gentile has no courtesy to call Aunt Evie for murdering Uncle Bob because he thinks he is above the law. All Judge Gentile thinks about is swooning Judge Padar. Assistant DA's lie about you to get a conviction to get promoted - I made money for my company to get promoted or a pay raise and not damage someones life just to get a conviction and hopefully get promoted. Conviction rates should be done away with. Stuart is a sick human being. I would hate to be one of his kids. This shows how cold the criminal system is. No empathy and no compassion. Inmates are numbers only. In Naples you are guilty until proven innocent than the other way around. .A VOP hearing should not look at a specific problem if the whole case is horrendous. I even asked for protective custody for my family from murderers -- Lombardo- Gentile- Stuart and Lathrup. It is difficult to get direction from judges. I'm not sure if my 2 cases will be in the 12th or 20th circuits. I'm not sure why my Appeal to the Court of Appeals was denied. They don't tell you. Jeff- Why do you think Judge Gentile, Lombardo, stuart and Lathrup raided my private investigator's office without probable cause and why did Judge Evans perjure herself from the bench lying I had my private investigator sitting in her drive way. What are they scared of? Why did they kick me out of Fla for 10 years -6 false restraining orders for 10 years, and a ankle bracelet on for 10 years. It is obstruction of justice that I can't investigate them. Jeff what were they doing? What are they hiding? Were these perverts - sexual predators raping my mentally ill wife also? On July 20th I will have been in jail one year- Is that a speedy trial? The PHD never shows up--Is that a speedy trial? Since I have not had a speedy trial do I get out of jail? You can argue this. How do you get justice or fair trial with 4 corrupt judges , a corrupt Assistant DA and a dirty sheriff? What do you do? -How do you fight back against corruption? They block you in ever direction to get justice and put you in jail. . They have your criminal defense attorney lie to you that you are not a convicted felon if you don't go to trial.. I was sacrificed by my attorney so he could make his future mortgage payments because he was pressured to lie about me by the Assistant DA so my criminal defense attorney can get future favoritism with the Assistant DA on his future clients to make more fees. This is Stuart and Derek Verdaramo. This would never happen in the business world. What type of world is the Criminal world in Naples, Florida? You have to think the opposite of what is right--You have to think like a criminal. Why are there so many jokes about attorneys? Why are there so many bribes to judges. There are so many attorneys they have to be corrupt too put bread on the table. 106,000 attorneys in Florida. One of my best friends in law school -who also has a PHD in education and a attorney couldn't make it as an attorney in Florida in private practice and now sleeps on the couch of his ex wife's house without a dime to his name. Jeff - In the business world we didn't have to deal with corruption or did we have breakfast lunch and dinner with 3 vicious murderers in jail or live in the same dorm with a guy who has sex with raccoons. You ask a judge for protective custody from murderers--wouldn't that raise a red flag-It would in the business world. Why aren't these corrupt public servants early detained in jail like I have been? Jeff--Why does my entire body shake when i see a police or sheriffs car when they are to protect me. Is it because they have put me in jail 9 times on false charges? Why do I have PTSD and major nightmares because of my divorce case. Most people in a divorce have 1 Judge. I have had 3 divorce judges-24 criminal judges and a judge that is a sexual predator. That adds up to 28 judges and my divorce is still not over. This does not include the 3 judges in the Lakeland, Florida Court of Appeals and Judge Crown who sent out the US Marshalls when Lombardo told Judge Crown I was going gangbang Lombardos wife and on this order the US Marshalls ended up killing Uncle Bob. That is 32 Judges. -that would be a good name of a movie--32 JUDGES. My mentally ill wife was having sex with bald judges in Naples--they are sexual predators. My wife is Stormy Daniels --the porn star -of Naples. We are thinking of making a movie not called Smokey and the Bandit but Stormy and the Bald Judges. I try to be creative in jail because it is boring so to keep the mind active and alive I write songs- the one about Stormy is a masterpiece. The 5 poems aren't that bad- one i may have to delete where the canibal we live with here in jail ate Lombardo and got very sick. Remember the canibal will never get out of jail and this poem is nonfiction. But Knowing Lombardo he will twist the truth that i'm really going to have the canibal eat Lombardo. I'm having a race with my little toe nails to see which one is going to grow he longest while in jail. It is called the Lombardo Bordom Little Toe Toe Nail Race. It is now a dead heat. We are also trying to write 10 fiction books about my case - one I'm trying to write which would be nonfiction called BODYBAG--You go on vacation to visit Florida and come back in a BODYBAG when you get entangled in the Web of Criminality in corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. The saying in the Florida jails is: You go to Florida on Vacation, you go home on Probation and you come back to Florida on Violation. It deals with how Assistant DA's like James Stuart try to ruin your life and career on false charges and keep putting you in jail because he can. This is not just stealing or embezzling someones money like the Sarasota DA but how DA's screw with you life for excitement and convictions. This Assistant DA in the 12th probably was fired where Stuart is a murderer and still working. Hopefully the 12th sees the big picture in my case and rules with me. The book - Bodybag- also deals with personality disorders of inmates and hatred in the jail system where I have been put falsely. The hatred deals with inmates put in jail innocently by Assistant DA's and Hatred of inmates who have broken probation by being 3 minutes late for curfew or their tail light is out and they go to prison for 25 years because they had prior arrests. Very Disgusting. Just think a violation of probation -VOP- can be more jail time than the original crime where you already have done your time. My original charges that weren't even misdemeanors I spent 5 months in jail. My VOP which is not a violation and I have been in jail 1 year with no hearing date. Unbelievable. STAY TUNED.
