Lombardo and Gentile's HATCHET MAN is Ass Da James Stuart. Look at what he has done to me.

1. He murdered my brother in law.
2. He destroyed the videos of the awful US Marshalls raid that killed my brother in law.
3. He had Derek Verdaramo lie to me that I was not a convivted felon so I would not go to a jury trial and had me sign a plea agreement under false pretenses, lies and duress by Stuart, because I was very ill in jail the last time I was in Naples.
4. He made false allegations of Aggravated Stalking that weren't even misdemeanors.
5. He put me in a high risk cell block with murderers, gangmembers and child molesters.
6. He put an ankle bracelet on me - an innocent man - for 10 years.
7. He lied to Derek Verdaramo that the ankle bracelet was to be on 5 years and then told the judge 10 years.
8. He kicked me out of the state of Florida for 10 years so I can't see the sheriff, police FBI, the Florida Bar etc. This is Obstruction of Justice.
9. When Lombardo and Gentile froze my money, I used a public defender Christian White and Stuart had White tell me in the middle of the trial with Chief Justice Williams that he could not defend me because it would violate my constitional rights.
10. He has blocked my right to bring my criminal charges against the Gang of 6 to the Naples States Attorneys office. This is Obstruction of Justice.
11. He has put me in jail 9 times in a civil divorce case. I have to go up in front of 24 criminal judges in a civil divorce.
12. He extradicted me across the entire US Arizona on false violation charges - which are my first amendment rights and my Freedom of speech to tell my true story on Youtube. They hate the truth.
13. He extradicted me across the entire US knowing the Naples jail was infested with covid. This is attempted murder.
14. He approved a search warrant of a search for me in Florida only when Lathrup sent out the US Marshalls in Georgia. Stuart then approved that or overlooked it. Lathup and Stuart sent out the US Marshalls on Lathrup lies I was going to murder people and then the false felony charges weren't even misdemeanors. False charges plus murder equals felony murder by the Gang of 6.
15. When I sold my Wisconsin house in September and was moving to my Arizona home, Stuart about screwed up the move with Interstate Compact that I couldn't move to my Arizona home. Arizona probation is so fed up with Florida that I may not be able to go back to my home in Arizona. It is best if the ankle bracelet is taken off and I'm off probation all together. I have had it on for two and a half years.
16. He is trying to kill me so my case will go away against him and the Gang of 6. Stuart is a murderer and a true Hatchet Man. Stuart is a disgrace to law enforcement and should be fired, disbarred and put in jail for life.
    Please look at the Hawaii case and compare my case to the Hawaii case. Ass DA Stuart is the Hatchet man for Lombardo and Gentile to frame me to look like a violent person - a convicted felon - to cover up all of Lombardo and Gentiles felonies against me.
17. Please look up legal definition of aggravated stalking similat to this -- 2 acts tied together that is malicious and puts someone in emminent danger.
18. In regards to the plea agreement I signed I admitted to the 2 charges against me. Neither of these charges were even misdemeanors but Assistant DA James Stuart lied and said they were Aggravated Stalking. This is one of the reasons James Stuart has been disqualified from my case now in the 12 circuit but the false charges are still there with the 12th circuit. My 2 charges I admitted to 1. I sat in Judge Gentiles public courtroom investigating him to see if he was biased against others like he was to me. The Judge threatened me. Please listen to coutroom audio. There were no restraining orders against me.
19. Another married Collier Co Judge was screwing my mentally ill wife so I drove by Judge Gentiles house on the way to my sister's in Pine Island to see if Gentile was screwing my wife. He did not see me but he was in his front yard with a 42 year old wife of a criminal who looked like a hooker. Neither of these Felony 3 charges by Gentile were malacious or misdemeanors. I told the JQC I drove by and Mike Schneider did nothin to stop this. Judge Gentile had previously promoted adultery of my mentally ill wife in his courtroom and got a restraining order against me so Paul the Rapist could screw my mentally ill wife.
20. I never received a copy of the plea agreement that I signed.
21. Stuart pressured my criminal defense attorney -Verdaramo- who I paid $28,000 to go to trial to lie to me that I was not a convicted felon if I plead no contest -that I was not guilty or innocent. This was a lie. Stuart did not want me to expose this corruption in front of a jury so he kicked me out of the state with an ankle bracelet on. This is obstruction of justice because I couldn't visit the local sheriffs, the Florida Bar , The JQC or to find a local attorney for my defamation case. This is another reason why I went on You Tube to find an attorney out of Florida. James Stuart is a disgrace to the legal system and should be fired, disbarred and put in jail for life. This is the favor Stuart did for Lombardo my wife and Gentile to frame me as a convicted felon to cover up their felonies.
22. I never should have been put in jail in a high risk cell block, put on probation or have to wear an ankle bracelet. The Gang of 6 wanted me dead to have this case go away but murdered my family member instead.
23. My criminal defense attorney -Verdaramo-- told me that Stuart told him both my 2 charges of 5 years were to run concurrently. When we got in front of the Judge, Stuart changed it to consecutively or 10 years. Verdaramo did nothing. He bailed on me because he can't argue with Stuart because Verdaramo needs future business with him. Verdaramo didn't give ethical legal advice. I did not know I was a convicted felon until I took off my Florida ankle bracelet in Wisconsin to put on my Wisconsin ankle bracelet and then Wisconsin probation told me I was a convicted felon. Verdaramo is scared of Stuart. I fired Verdaramo instantly and I never got a copy of the plea agreement until Yesterday --3 years later-- when Jeff Circle sent it to the jail on August 28, 2021. It is the first time I also saw the restraining orders. I haven't spoken to my 2 stepsons in 3 years because I thought they were Anita's family. I'm able to speak to them. It does not include Anita's family. Poor representation by Verdaramo has screwed me in so many ways when I paid him to go to trial and he plead me out.
