Opening Statement

I have condensed my documentary of 60 videos I put on You Tube, my website - brentcircle.net, and my Judge Padar written narrative of my true story into a shorter summary of my corruption case in the corrupt legal system of Naples, Florida. My case is enormous, outrageous and hard to believe it could happen in any US Court system. I'm now 76 - a retired Corporate Real Estate attorney for Walgreens- almost 30 years. I now do pro bono legal work for the poor through my church. I have no criminal record but I'm presently in jail --7-1-2022--for drawing and acting out cartoons like Saturday night live skits and Geico commercials. I'm acting out nightmares caused by this horrendous experience. I was married 13 years in a late in life marriage plus now going through an 8 year divorce from hell that is still not over. I feel 95 % of the people my age would be dead from this physical and mental torture caused by attorney Chris Lombardo and his followers or disciples in the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. Lombardo has disciples like Charles Manson and Adolf Hitler. In jail they call me the Colonel because I look like the KFC guy - but now I have switched to LICKIN CORRUPTION. I'm not trying to make light of the seriousness of my 8 year civil divorce case that turned criminal - but my case has been hidden in the 8 years of transcripts by corrupt Judge Mary C Evans to cover up crimes or felonies by the Good Ol Boys. My Creative Expression cartoon videos, artwork etc. that are on You Tube and my website fall under my First Amendment rights and help take away the stress of this awful tragedy in the court room and help bring attention to my case. Stress is a silent killer. This website and You Tube presentation of my true story was to let my family know my entire case since there was a family member murdered by Lombardo and his disciples or public servants and I'm trying to find a civil Corruption attorney. This summary will also be on my website plus a more detailed breakdown of the summary. My website is my personal diary of my documentary and not public like You Tube. All my 60 videos, etc are my Work Product for my Civil and Criminal lawsuits against Chris Lombardo and Judge Gentile etc. The criminal suit is obvious as you read on. The Civil suit is for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress or IIED and this is another reason I put my case on You Tube etc is to find attorneys outside of Florida who are not scared of corrupt judges. IIED means my case is outrageous-intentionally done and I have been physically and mentally hurt by Lombardo and Gentile etc. The legitimate purpose of my 15 of 60 Creative Expression cartoon is to show the torture or how I have been mentally hurt by acting out my nightmares on You Tube. This is to show how stress etc, can lead to strokes and death especially to someone like me who has gone through 6 A-Fib heart operations during this 8 years. Keep in mind there are 3 massive Conspiracies in my 8 year divorce case and a smaller Conspiracy case. The smaller Conspiracy case led to the 3 massive conspiracies. 1. The smaller conspiracy case was with the first corrupt Divorce Judge - Judge Grieder- and after 1 1/2 years ( the divorce started 6-2014) we had a signed settlement agreement when my Merrill Lynch Wealth Manager found a $150,000 discrepancy. When this was brought to light the Judge and my attorney mysteriously quit and her attorney Beth the fraud Vogelsang of Henderson Franklin law firm quit shortly thereafter. Either there was a conspiracy to split $150,000 3 ways or the Judge quit to cover up Beths fraud--was the Judge bought off by a big law firm. This lady Judge has been demoted in the past and known to favor local sheriff's families when I was an out of stater. This was Contracts 101 in law school - intent was there on all of the signed settlement agreement except the $150,000 was changed. At this time I just had my 6th A-Fib heart operation that month and my wife was mentally ill. WHAT THE HELL? Lombardo and Judge Gentile came and Lombardo told everyone I fired Silverio to make it look like I was the cause of this problem - not the 3. Lombardo is a pathological liar and twists the truth as you will see. He believes in his own lies. Ask my divorce attorney. I have done and entire write up on Lombardo's lies. 2. The first massive conspiracy is Lombardo and Judge Gentile stealing my money - where they stole $6 and 1/2 million of my $7 million net worth. I tried to legally recuse, disbar and impeach both to no avail. They say I was threatening them. 3.In the second massive conspiracy REVENGE set in by Lombardo and Judge Gentile and they spent the next 6 1/2 years making me look like a violent convicted felon to cover up their theft, rape and murder. Lombardo and Gentile torture you on the criminal side of the courthouse as they steal your money etc on the civil side of the courthouse. They want me to look bad in front of Judge Padar to cover up their felonies. 4. The 3rd massive conspiracy was Judge Mary C. Evans - a disgrace to Stetson Law School - also a Good Ol Boy Created a Conspiracy to Cover up all Lombardo and Gentile's Crimes or felonies of Corruption in the 20th circuit of Naples, Florida or also called the SEX circuit. Lombardo, Gentile and Evans are still trying to jam another $130,000 down my throat. How does a 76 year old live thru this? You will see how the Lakeland Fla Court of Appeals denied my my lopsided appeal and extended the corruption into the Court of Appeals, The JQC- the head of all judges in Florida - tells me I have to go through the criminal courts to put Gentile in prison. Below you will see how Unfit Judge Gentile is. You will see I did not get a fair trial with corrupt judges and you can see how Good Ol Boy Judges give favoritism to each other even where Evans covered up murder by Lombardo and Gentile. Since I'm going after corruption - I'm a marked man and a sitting duck with this ankle bracelet on and that is why I fear for my life. Lombardo and Judge Gentile are murderers. You will also see how Good Ol Boy corruption is in the District Attorneys Office by Assistant DA James Stuart by running over my criminal defense attorney - Derek Verdaramo. My 2 charges against me are not ever misdemeanors but called Felony 3s by Stuart. I did not plead to any criminal activity. This is how they lied to make me a convicted felon and put me on probation. Verdaramo should be disbarred and Stuart should be in prison for life. You will see how mental illness of my wife devastated our marriage and led to Elder Abuse of her by Lombardo and Judge Gentile for their financial gain. You will see how Grand Larceny By Lombardo and Judge Gentile led me- a wealthy man almost into poverty. We had 4 homes when the divorce started and now I'm almost homeless. Assistant DA James Stuart tried to get me intentionally kicked out of my crime free over 55 subdivision in my last home. I was asked to move out but I told the association that if they would buy my house in one week that I would leave - but they backed down. I feel my true story is the largest corruption case in US history - 4 corrupt judges-a dirty sheriff- a very very corrupt Assistant DA and the most unethical attorney in the US. I have nailed over 10 people to the cross criminally but my case has been covered up by the Good Ol Boys so I used You Tube to shed light on my case. There are many moving parts in my case. My case is a total miscarriage of justice and a disgrace to the legal integrity of the Naples, Florida court system. You will see how Judge Gentile and Chris Lombardo -his partner in crime - think they are above the law. You will see all the attached 18 felonies and torture committed against me by Gentile and Lombardo. Many of the 45 violations of my civil rights - see my website- by Lombado and Gentile are not crimes but it shows Lombardo and Gentiles total disregard for the law. I'm happy I have the faith, stamina and courage to go forward because I know I'm right in my pursuit of justice. My case is outrageous. I'm fighting 4 corrupt judges ( 3 are divorce judges) 1. Grieder 1 1/2 years - Quit 2. Gentile 1 1/2 years-recused 3. Evans 5 years refused to be recused and 4. and the other is a married Collier County judge having sex with my mentally ill wife which is statutory rape- like having sex with a 13 year old. Quit. 5. A dirty sheriff - John Lathrup- who lies you are going to murder people and lies to the FBI about you when you are turning in this Naples corruption 6. A very very corruot Assistant DA James Stuart who destroys evidence and makes up false charges against you. 7. My ex- wifes sex escapades with judges in Naples, Florida are similar to Stormy Daniels - the porn star. and 8. Chris Lombardo the wicked devil. 6 people - mostly public servants see the attached Hawaii case in my website- who will go to prison for life if I can get them in front of a jury. I'm a whistleblower fighting for justice and against this awful corruption in Naples, Florida. I put my true story on You Tube videos and my website that has more than videos. I act out my nightmares but my acting and singing are not the best. I have been put in jail this time for 1 year because of my poor acting and singing. I'm not Micheal Douglas or Kenny Rogers. My parents would have thought both were awesome. You can decide. The nightmares were caused by this torture of me by Lombardo, Gentile, Evans and Stuart, etc during my 8 year non speedy divorce from hell which is still not over. I was only married 13 years. They will go back up after Judge Padar gives the OK. Not many people have the nerve to take on this corruption. I'm hoping my stopping of corruption in Naples, Florida will help stop corruption in other states. There are 2,500,000 bribes a year to judges in the US. Corruption must be brought to light and stopped. What would you do with all this corruption? Sit back and say it is ok.? I'm now in jail for telling my true story on You Tube--The truth hurts. Lombardo and Gentile are saying my You Tube videos and acting out my nightmares caused by their torture is harassment which it is not. Just think I'm doing cartoons and in jail and Lombardo and Gentile are murderers and they are walking the streets. This corruption begins with Chris Lombardo. He is a tyrant. He runs over judges. Judges are scared of him. As you can see Lombardo has many followers or disciples. Lombardo has made 2 judges criminals-Gentile and Evans- along with many others and some he made murderers. Lombardo made 7 disciples lie I was going to hurt or murder them. Are they brainwashed? Lombardo is his own Italian mafioso. Lombardo sanctioned my divorce attorney, he threatened my Merrill Lynch Wealth manager that he would loose his job and Lombardo said I was also going to hurt or kill the Merrill Lynch attorney. An outright lie. Lombardo is not an angel. Maybe a Hell's Angel. 20 to 25% of what Lombardo says to judges faces are lies-legal malpractice. In 10 minutes in front of Judge Padar he lied 3 times --Perjury. Lombardo puts you in jail any time he wants in civil divorces because he has a special relationship with the Assistant DA Stuart??? Lombardo is a sexual predator and promotes statutory rape of the mentally ill. Lombardo is an uncaged gorilla who works under the table. Lombardo is a gorilla and guerrilla but more of an animal gorilla. He tries to bound high buildings but the wicked will wilt and fall.--Verse by Brent Circle. Lombardo posts Most Wanted signs of you. Lombardo is a savage-he has to win at all costs even if it includes murder. He takes no hostages - he will kill for you. Lombardo is a sado-masochist - he loves inflicting pain and watching you suffer. Lombardo runs wild and rogue and uncontrollable by the Florida bar. When you read Lombardo's resume it reads like the wicked devil. Lombardo is a thief, a rapist and a murderer. At Walgreens we fire unethical people. Here in corrupt Naples, Florida Lombardo and his disciples- many public servants- are unethical and criminals.

My 8 year non speedy civil divorce would have been over in a month in the business world. The legal system is antiquated. The Judicial Abuse is so rampant in Naples that the Good Ol Boys are out of control. That is why I fear for my life. The black robes can do no wrong. I'm fighting for justice the last eight years -legally recusing, disbarring and impeaching to no avail. 1. I have been put in jail 9 times on false charges and gone in front of 24 criminal judges in a 8 year civil divorce. Judge Padar is my 24th criminal judge. I do everything by the book of ethics. I have been tortured on the criminal side of the court house. Judge Mary C. Evans couldn't control and keep my civil divorce to a civil case. Lombardo ran over her and made her a criminal. 3/4 of my civil divorce was criminal in Evans courtroom- this is called a kangaroo court- a joke. How do you respect a corrupt judge? Is my case criminal and that is why the the Court of Appeals denied my lopsided civil divorce? 2. I have had 18 felonies committed against me by Lombardo, Gentile, Evans and Stuart including murder of a family member - see time table below. 3. 45 times Lombardo and Gentile violated my civil rights-- see my website 4. Broke 5 of the 10 Commandments -see website 5. committed 34 lies about me in and out of the courthouse-see website 6. Blocked me 20 different ways to get justice at the States Attorney office by Assistant DA James Stuart- who is Lombardo and Gentile's Hatchetman--see website 7. And dealing with the debauchery of these judges who take advantage of vulnerable women going through a divorce. These judges are sexual predators of the Sex Circuit of Naples, Florida. 8. States Attorney - Amira Fox- promoted Stuart -a murderer- just like some gangs that might initiate their members. Maybe Fox has a gang mentality. You will see below how Gentile and Fox put down gangs in the Naples area. If I disappear or killed I feel Stuart or dirty sheriff John Lathrup out of Lee County will be the hitman against me for Lombardo and Gentile. During this 8 years of my civil divorce I have been beat up by a double murderer. torn rotator cuff, 6 A-fib heart operations, became diabetic, came down with a bad case of PTSD and major nightmares that I acted out. I just hope my A-fib heart operations hold because if it doesn't it could lead to a stroke or death. My body is becoming fragile but my mind is strong--I'm happy I'm still alive. See how I tried to fight back and Lombardo and Gentile kept putting me in jail. 1. My wife started it all by faking domestic violence of me - see website emails from my stepsons where my wife put both her boys in jail 15 times each before they were 14 on false faking domestic violence charges -she is mentally ill - and Lombardo continued using false charges against me also during the time he became her attorney in our 8 year divorce which was really over after 1 12 years after the divorce started when Judge Grieder quit mysteriously and Lombardo and Judge Gentile came aboard. All these false charges by my wife and Lombardo has also led my wife into the felony murder charges and the Web of Criminality in corrupt Naples, Florida. Lombardo and Judge Gentile - the second divorce judge- and the first massive CONSPIRACY was to steal millions of my money by Gentile and Lombardo. 2. GRAND LARCENY or American Greed where Lombardo and Gentile stole $6 1/2 million of our $7 million net worth - my wife brought into the marriage close to $1 million in our late in life 13 year marriage which she kept in her name only- she was planning the divorce before the marriage began. She really never got married. Our marriage should have been annulled because she did not disclose she was a criminal and mentally ill before we married. Look at video 2 to show what my mentally ill wife did to me during our marriage. This grand larceny by Lombardo and Gentile is white collar crime in fake legal fees - fraud. A Lombardo associate gave a 7 minute speech in court on the value of our Wisconsin home and charged $35,000 when we already had a $350.00 appraisal. The marriage has been drug out another 6 1/2 years and still not over for fake legal fees when we already had a signed settlement agreement after 1 1/2 years with the corrupt Judge Greider. Money, money ,money- follow the money and there is my wife, Lombardo and Gentile. 3. BRIBERY of Judge Gentile by Lombardo - Lombardo hired Gentile right out of law school for his law firm- both Italians. Gentile signed an order allowing Lombardo to steal as much money as Lombardo wanted from my Merrill Lynch account. I will prove 100% Gentile is on the take from Lombardo. 4. Lombardo and Gentile had my mentally wife PERJURE herself on the stand different than the signed settlement agreement with Judge Grieder. Intent was there for our terms of our divorce in the signed settlement agreement. I then tried to legally recuse - disbar and impeach Judge Gentile and Lombardo. REVENGE set in by Lombardo and Gentile for going after the corrupt unfit Judge Gentile and Lombardo - his partner in crime. 5. The second massive CONSPIRACY began by Lombardo and Gentile to make me look like a violent convicted felon to make Judge Padar say it is ok for Lombardo and Gentile to rape, murder and steal my money. Gentile's mission is to Swoon Judge Padar. Lombardo and Gentile are desperate. They know I'm not going to hurt them physically but they think I will hurt them by putting them in prison for life. How could I hurt them? I'm 76, had multiple heart operations, live 2000 miles away in Arizona and wear an ankle bracelet. Gentile said in open court when he became the second judge that he was a friend of Lombardos and in the same law firm and that Gentile and his entire family sat in Lombardos family room with Lombardos entire family and said he had to go in different directions. --see transcripts. A few years later it was now payback time for Gentile since Lombardo hired Gentile right out of law school. I fired my attorney and I tried pro se to legally recuse Gentile when he first became judge- - he refused but recused himself 1 1/2 years later by my divorce attorney who I fired. At the same time I tried to recuse Gentile I tried to settle pro se with Lombardo. I called, texted and emailed Lombardo and he put me in jail for Cyberstalking. How do you win with unethical attorneys who manipulate the medium size legal system in Naples, Florida where everybody knows each other- The Good Ol Boys. They lie, cheat and steal to win. They cover up crimes of other black robes. Lombardo and Gentile committed the following crimes in making me look violent to overlook their crimes. I have no criminal record or have I ever hurt anyone in my life or have I ever been in a fight. The worse things I have done is marry the wrong women. 6. ELDER ABUSE-- of my wife and myself. My wife is mentally ill and I'm in poor health. Lombardo had my wife perjure herself for Lombardo and Gentile's financial gain and kept putting me in jail. Before we were divorced my wife bought a new home for herself with joint money and put it in her name only and then a fake name. Lombardo had Gentile say this was ok. Disgusting fraud. The Good Ol Boys at work. At the time of the purchase I was in bad health with A-fib-my wife was to live in our downtown Chicago condo than buy a new house - until the divorce was over. Shows her greediness and deceit and she is a lawyer. She should be disbarred and I paid for her law school. 7. JUDICIAL ABUSE Gentile kept manipulating the court system with Stuart and Lombardo to make up false charges and keep putting me in jail plus allowing the following: 8. SEXUAL ABUSE when Lombardo promoted STATUTORY RAPE of my mentally ill wife to Paul the Rapist in Gentile's courtroom. Paul DeSantaganese out of Rochester, New York. Lombardo was Pimping out my wife for legal fees in Gentile's courtroom because he knew he could run over Gentile. I stood right next to Paul the Rapist who I had never seen before and Lombardo got a restraining order against me so Paul the Rapist could rape my mentally wife wife. Lombardo said I was Stalking the rapist. Lombardo and Gentile are perverts and sexual predators. How many nerds get restraining orders-just the desperate and moral perverts. During this same time Lombardo and Gentile knew my wife was having sex with a married Collier County judge who quit when I started calling his chambers. I have no respect for unethical judges who are criminals. Lombardo tried to cover up for this judge. Lombardo and Gentile then raided my private investigators office without probable cause to see if I had dirt on Lombardo and Gentile having sex with my mentally ill wife. I think this was a front or disguise to cover up what Lombardo and Gentile were doing to my wife. Lombardo always tries to twist the truth. I think these judges were passing my mentally wife around like a basketball. I drove by Gentile's house on the way to my sisters on a public street to see if Gentile was having sex with my wife. He did't see me drive by. I was investigating this pervert because the sheriff, the JQC or the States attorney would not help me. I told Mike McDermott of the JQC that Gentile was stealing my money and promoting statutory rape of my wife and that I drove by Gentile's house on a public street. . He refused to help me. He could have stopped all this which led to the murder of my family member. Gentile charged me with a felony 3 - aggravated stalking when I was investigating him which is my right. Gentile didn't see me drive by his house so it was not malicious to be aggravated stalking and he tied this to my sitting in Gentile's public courtroom when i was investigating him to see if he biased against others like he was me. Neither are even misdemeanors but Gentile had Stuart lie they were felony 3s. I never signed to any criminal activity. They are desperate. I have been put in jail for over 1 1/2 years and then I tell my true story on You Tube and they keep putting me in jail so I die because of my poor health so my lawsuits go away against them. I'm not dying until Lombardo, Gentile and others are in prison for life. Please listen to audio when I sat in Gentile's public courtroom--he threatened me. I sat in public courtrooms all through law school. Judge Evans also stated in her open court and perjured herself from the bench that I had my private investigator sitting in her front driveway. I'm not interested in who she is having sex with-I doubt anyone would. 9. ABUSE OF POWER--includes all these 18 felonies-45 violations of my civil rights-broke 5 of the 10 Commandments- blocked me 20 different ways to get justice in the States attorneys office,etc etc. 10 FALSE IMPRISONMENT Lombardo and Gentile put me in jail 9 times to silence me against their crimes. They are so desperate they extradicted me from Arizona on charges that aren't even misdemeanors. 11. BATTERY Beat up by a double murderer etc -see above. 12. MALICIOUS PROSECUTION had 7 people lie I was going to murder them-etc, see my write up on twisting the truth by Lombardo 13. LEGAL MALPRACTICE. Lying to judges faces--all these atrocious crimes. Lombardo and Gentile had Lathrup lie to the FBI when I tried to turn in all this corruption in Naples,Florida. The FBI put me in jail in Wisconsin for 4 days. The next week i go to my Cardiologist in Wisconsin and he said I needed a medical leave because I would be dead with this stress. My cardiologist said in a letter I was not to be incarcerated because of my health. Lombardo and Gentile had this letter but they kept putting me in jail. I drove around the country on my medical leave with no phone and the next thing I know I'm a fugitive. Lombardo and Gentile have Lathrup lie about me in my interview in jail with Lathrup. He lied and said my fiction book I'm writing and my nightmares were going to come true and I was going to murder people. He said I was clever but I was going to kill people. Preposterous. This is when Gentile's wife came in and said I was going to hurt them-including their families- An out right lie. I have never seen their families except Zack Lombardo once when he was in court. They are all desperate because I go by the book of Ethics and the Bible. I have done nothing wrong so they have to make up charges against me. How does a 76 year old handle Judicial Abuse-Abuse of Power-Elder Abuse-Legal Malpractice Abuse-Financial Abuse- Criminal Abuse including murder-Physical and Mental Abuse of me- 45 Violations of my civil rights etc. All this is ATTEMPTED MURDER of me so my criminal and civil suits go away against Lombardo and Gentile. 14 OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE.--Stuart lied about my charges on the plea agreement. They froze my money that I couldn't hire an attorney. etc etc. 15. All this Revenge above by Lombardo and Gentile etc is ATTEMPTED MURDER of me that snowballed into 16. FELONY MURDER of my brother-in-law in an awful US Marshall raid without probable cause. 17. All this lead to a massive CONSPIRACY 3 where Judge Mary C. Evans -a Good Ol Boy - covered up all these felonies by Lombardo and Gentile including murder. My nephew got up in the courtroom and stated Lombardo murdered his dad and Evans did nothing. 18. In Evans covering up this corruption she used HATE CRIMES against me for me taking on corrupt judges--the biased Evans helped Lombardo and Gentile steal $6 1/2 million of my $7 million net worth. She gave away my money out of hate for me going up against corrupt judges.Evans refused to recuse herself so she could keep protecting and covering up Lombardo and Gentiles felonies- the Good Ol Boys at work.
However I tried to counter Lombardo and Gentile about their above felonies against me -they had Assistant DA James Stuart and Intel Sheriff John Lathrup manipulate or block me from getting justice in the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. Lying to FBI-making up false charges against me, false restraining orders, put me in jail to silence me, tracking devices, ankle bracelets, put in high risk cell blocks, paddy wagon rides from hell, lie about me that i'm going to murder people, insinuate I'm a gangmember,etc The only gangmembers I have ever met are in the Naples jail system because Lombardo and Gentile have put me in jail. These members have been very nice to me and make sure I don't get hurt in jail. I have never met any on the outside of jail but they look after me because I'm older than 99% of the guys in jail. I'm like David taking on Goliath ( Naples corrupt legal system) but I'm throwing the truth at them on You Tube and not stones. Since I have never done any criminal activity Lombardo and Gentile make up lies about me in the following 4 areas. 1. They say I'm going to HURT them using gangmembers etc when they have only tried to protect me in jail. I have never hurt anyone in my life. I can't even get an MRV in jail-Minor rules violations. 2. Lombardo and Gentile say I'm THREATENING them when I'm legally trying to recuse, disbar, impeach or investigate them. They are criminals. I'm not threatening them because I'm doing everything legally. They both laugh when I bring up what they did to my brother in law in court like their shield of protection is Gentile's black robe. Sad. He feels he can swoon the 12th and get away with murder. 3. Said I was STALKING them. I was sitting in Gentile's public courtroom to investigate him because no one would help me. Gentile threatened me - listen to audio. He reamed me out and said come to the bench. I said I would if we can be Gentlemen. Gentile is guilty and desperate to say sitting in a public courtroom is a Felony 3. I'm INVESTIGATING criminals which is my right and not STALKING them. 4. They say I'm HARASSING them when I put my true story of my case on You Tube. They say I'm violating probation when I shouldn't be on probation at all -because of Stuart's false charges against me are not even misdemeanors. At this hearing is when Gentile said I was putting my case on You Tube to round up gangmembers worldwide to hurt and kill Lombardo and Gentile- This was stated in front of Judge Padar. These 2 criminals- Lombardo and Gentile - smear gangmembers. I'm not harassing Lombardo or Gentile. . They SILENCE ME by putting me in jail longer and longer so the Statute of Limitations run etc. Lombardo did this to another guy in Bonita Springs-Randy Place. 3. Lombardo, Gentile, Lathrup and Stuart FRAMED ME as a violent convicted felon- see the Hawaii case on my website where public servants went to jail where they created a conspiracy to cover up their crimes and frame a relative - similar to my case. They want me to look bad in front of Judge Padar. 4. DEFAME ME to damage my reputation in front of Judge Padar. 5. and Lombardo and Gentile tried to KILL ME with all this above torture so my civil and criminal cases against them go away- and Lombardo and Gentile torture of me snowballed where they killed my 87 year old brother in law from shock and trauma of an awful US Marshall raid where 15 Marshalls were running around in their house with loaded AK 47's pointing everywhere. You can see how guilty and desperate Lombardo and Gentile are doing what they did to me when my false charges of aggravated stalking are not even misdemeanors. They just extradited me from Arizona on these same false charges that are not even misdemeanors. All the above show how the Good Ol Boys work. Even thou I fear for my life -I'm not breakable because I go by the book of ETHICS. I'm doing what is right. I keep trying to fight for justice but I'm fighting corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. I have been blocked in my obtaining justice by 1.Assistant DA James Stuart of the States Attorneys office 2. John Lathrup of the sheriff's office and 3. by Mike McDermtt of the JQC because all 3 are involved in the felony murder of my 87 year old brother in law along with Lombardo, Gentile and my ex. Evans and Gentile have been moved to Charlotte County from Collier County. I feel to protect them from Lombardo. Evans and Gentile can conspire more now on my case. I'm trying to set 2 legal precedents by putting my case on You Tube. 1. To show how my nightmares also tell my true story of torture through my Creative Expression Cartoon videos. My case is so enormous with so many moving parts like helter skelter in Charles Manson's day and so much abuse by public servants in corrupt Naples, Florida I decided to put my case on You Tube for the following reasons. 1. My case has had a change of venue from the 20 circuit to the 12th circuit in Sarasota because I'm trying to put corrupt judges behind bars. States Attorney Amira Fox of the 20th circuit had to get Governor Desantis approval for the transfer out of her circuit. In doing this Fox lied to Governor Desantis and stated I threatened Assistant DA James Stuart- a murderer. An outright lie. Later Fox promoted Stuart -a murderer. Judge Mary C. Evans has no idea what a Court of Equity is! She rules by a Court of Good Ol Boys, a Court of Hatred and a Court of Corruption. She is more corrupt than Judge Gentile and Gentile is a thief, promotes rape and a murderer. Hopefully Judge Padar rules with the law and not out of hatred like Judge Evans -who was upset I was going after corrupt judges. In the business world the head would be cut of this corruption in the 20th circuit so the corruption would not be extended into Chief Justice Williams 12th circuit. I consider myself to have great morals-tell the truth and go by the book of ethics--I have taken the high road and I'm not interested in COMPARING or finding out if Lombardo and Gentile are related to big time Mobsters, Murderers, Gangsters and Druglords--LIKE 1. Maybe this is the reason Lombardo and Gentile put restraining orders on me but let this be for others to find out. The following is my opinion: I feel I am a rarity. Being and attorney but coming out of the business world my entire career- mainly as a businessman with a major corporation plus unfortunately being put in jail many times I recommend the following : Being a Judge is a prestigious position and their pay should also be brought up to the pay scale of a large corporation as well as trying to bring the antiquated legal system up to the business world standards also. I tried You Tube to put my true case on. The legal system is not efficient. Some guys wait in jail 2-3 years before going to trial. Not fair!. .HOW DO YOU ACCOMPLISH THIS PAY RAISE? 1/3rd of the inmates in jail in Florida would not be in jail on the same crime in Wisconsin, New York etc. This is the big savings for the state not to pay the jail for these inmates and pay judges more. This way about 5 prisons could be closed in Florida and Immokolee jail could be condensed into the Naples jail--a big savings. There could also be less judges. Paying judges more will get rid of rift raft judges like my divorce judges who are lucky to to be appointed. There are 2,500,000 bribes a year to judges. More pay less bribes. With this pay scale more quality attorneys would take the job A judge should be paid $225,000 to start and $250,000 after elected twice. In a corporation we are paid bonuses and stock options. My trainees were paid what judges make now with bonuses and stock options. Judges would have efficiency ratings to obtain bonuses on how fast you get your job done.. An outside accountant would make this determination and not a Good Ol Boy. The Chief Justice would also have input. The Chief Justice could also fire unqualified judges like in the business world so you don't have o go through the criminal courts or the electorate. These efficiency ratings would be put on billboards on interstates to show the public who they can vote for. The judge works 6 days a week 8-6 M-F and 8 to 12:30 on Saturdays. There are too many comfort breaks now. Each judge should have a company car with more protection built into the car outside the courthouse. Judges have plenty of protection in the courtroom where hearings, divorces etc would be in a conference room setting and you can get your true story out and talk freely. Lombardo objects everytime you blink your eyes. 8 years for my divorce?? Less formality and more efficient outcomes. Jury trials would stay the same. Just think a vicious murderer who sits in the judges courtroom with 3-4 sheriffs -that same murderer goes back to the jail and sits next to me for 3 meals a day and the sheriff goes by every 30 minutes. Out of sight -out of mind. It is best to get inmates in and out of jail quicker. Any Assistant Attorney who puts an innocent person in jail like Stuart did to me to maintain a high conviction rate should be disbarred immediately. Conviction rates should be done away with so you don't have to put innocent people in jail to get promoted. This is how they do it. My self made preacher in jail in bible study is very innocent- I have been over his case a 100 times. The Assistant DA says you can go to trial and you may win but they scare you by saying the judge could still put you in jail for 20 years so you take 5 years in jail as an innocent person. The assistant DA lies and gets his conviction and no trial like Stuart did to me. There are too many attorneys in Florida -106,000- 2 law schools in Florida should be closed so attorneys don't have to be corrupt to put food on the table like Verdaramo. Just to summarize and finalize my corruption case in Naples, Florida --Judge Gentile has no respect for a signed settlement agreement of Judge Grieder who mysteriously quit as a judge when a $150,000 discrepancy was found. Gentile and his buddy -Lombardo- who hired Judge Gentile right out of law school said to the judge- hell let's forget about the signed settlement agreement and we will rob this elderly couple blind-they stole my life savings and ended up murdering my brother in law and these crimes were covered up by another judge-Judge Evans. Then another married Collier County Judge was having sex with my mentally ill wife-which is statutory rape saying we are separated when we are snowbirds plus my wife is mentally ill. This judge -a sexual predator -quit his job or they say retired and is enjoying his retirement while I try to legally stop this corruption and I have been kicked out of Florida for 10 years, have 6 restraining orders against me for 10 years and wear an ankle bracelet for 10 years and I can't travel outside the US in my retirement years THIS IS CORRUPTION OF THE BLACK ROBES - THE GOOD OL BOYS- THE 4 CORRUPT JUDGES - THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW -BUT STAY TUNED - THESE JUDGES ARE CRIMINALS and will lose their immunities, and retirement checks but they will enjoy the FINE DINING of the Collier County jail. . Jeff- We are so use to working within the ethical business world of major corporations- You and Esther both with Chevron as petroleum engineers and me an attorney with Walgreens-all from great schools. Somehow the people I have had to deal with in Collier County- Naples, Florida are in a different world that you would not think would exist in the US court systems. They are not ethical and many are criminals. In the business world we fire unethical people and put criminals in jail. Naples legal system has no idea what ethics is-they are not above the law but as you read my case they feel they are above the law. They feel they can do no wrong because other Good Ol Boy judges are their shield of armor and stick up for each other even if the other is a criminal. They SWOON each other. All my comparisons of Walgreens to the legal world was how Walgreens operated before I retired 17 years ago. Walgreens doesn't have good Ol Boys in the business world. Example at Walgreens. The son of the ex President of Walgreens was a good friend of mine in the real estate department -also a lawyer and MBA. Keep in mind the new president of Walgreens was hand groomed by his dad. His son -my friend left Walgreens and went to CVS for a short time and knew he made a mistake. The new President would not allow him to come back to Walgreens and this President was hand groomed by my friend's dad. There were no crimes on anything done unethically but loyalty was gone. Walgreens takes it a step further not only with ethics but loyalty. The son is now living off a trust fund. Another example at Walgreens : I got my step son - a computer wiz kid into Walgreens corporate headquarters as a intern between his junior and senior years of college at U of Illinois He redid all Walgreens computers. He was working for one of my trainees who became head of finance at Walgreens after he got his CFA. My step son was highly sought after by Walgreens when he graduated and he got a job in Supply Chain Mgt. 6 months later he put something personal on his company computer - a minor violation but unethical. He was fired instantly and ushered out of the building by security. It was very embarrassing to me. It shows you we go by ethics at Walgreens and working for Mr Walgreen and my friend's dad you not only learn ethics but they made me a better person and the main reason I'm going after this corruption in Naples, Florida. My stepson then went to Apple Headquarters in California to Microsoft in Seattle and now in Seattle with Amazon making close to $300,000 a year. At Walgreens- you may be bright- but you are gone if you are unethical - no second chances. My step son got married a couple years ago and did not invite his mentally ill mother to his wedding because of what she had done to them as kids--Putting them in jail 15 times each before they were 14 years old in fake domestic violence charges. . I was there alone at the wedding and gave a short speech to about 100 people. The second stepson was a drug addict who I put through college and I put their mother - my ex-through law school. I married into a dysfunctional family. I could not right the ship- I failed. She then tried to kill me. I could not help her with her awful mood swings. It is amazing how mental illness can devastate your marriage and the Pervert Naples judges and Lombardo took advantage of her- sexual abuse, elder abuse, judicial abuse, financial abuse etc. In the business world my divorce would have been over in one month and not 8 years as in the antiquated legal system in Naples. -- You sit down in a conference room with an outside accountant and you can talk freely. In the business world we make money for a company and not put innocent people in jail to get a conviction or a notch on your bed post. In the business world we have layers of management to make decisions like a jury in a criminal case NOT like a single divorce judge who is full of hatred towards you and can ruin you like Gentile and Evans did to me. . In the business world we don't take potty or comfort breaks every hour . We get the job done. I lived in Chicago and worked in Florida. I flew on my own time and not company time plus many Saturdays for close to 30 years- plus business dinners 3-4 nights a week.. My second home was airports and limos to and from the airport and not the Collier County jail as it is now in the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. .In the business world we had Human Resource Department to deal with people problems and not like the worthless Florida Fla and the worthless JQC. The Florida Bar can't manage 106,000 attorneys. Mike McDermott had the head job in title only in Tallahassee as head of the JQC. He reclined in his lazy boy all day dreaming of the mountains of Tennessee. In the business world the boss could fire someone where the Chief Justice hands are tied. The Chief Justice is the boss in Title only. The Chief Justice just moves worthless judges to more remote court houses like Evans and Gentile. Pretty soon Gentile will be a judge on a barge in the Everglades talking to alligators. Judges can rob your life savings, promote rape of your mentally ill wife and murder your family member and they are still working in the corrupt Naples legal system. Sad! However Amira Fox -States Attorney of Naples promoted James Stuart--a murderer. If Assistant DA James Stuart had done to me in the business world what he did in the Naples criminal system he would have been fired instantly, ushered out of he Walgreen building by police escort and we probably would have filed charges for him to be disbarred - but no - Amira Fox promoted him. Stuart destroyed evidence, made false charges against me and carried out the murder of Uncle Bob. If Stuart worked for Walgreens he would be in prison in Sing Sing which is much worse than my singing. How do you fight this corruption? A Chief Justice of each circuit should make the decision to recuse a sitting judge and not the Judge himself like Gentile and Evans did. I fired Lisa Kirby -my divorce attorney -for 4 months because she was scared to recuse Gentile so I tried myself pro se because of conflict of interest. Gentile refused to be recused which I think will be worst decision of his life. Lombardo made him a thief and a murderer because he is a Judge that follows and does not lead. He and Lombardo had a conspiracy to steal my money. He had to stay to better his retirement though white collar crime. Lisa Kirby finally saw the outright corruption by Lombardo and Gentile that she finally got Gentile recused after 1 1/2 years but the damage was done and Judge Evans had to cover it up to protect the legal integrity of the Naples legal system and she became a criminal in doing so. Judges are so scared of Lombardo that he ran over both Judges Gentile and Evans and they all should be disbarred or impeached. These 2 Judges couldn't control what happens in their own courtrooms. Both judges ran Kangaroo courts - a joke. I tried to stop this corruption and I'm in jail. I tried to talk and I was not allowed too-- In the business world we all sit down at a conference table and iron out all issues. In court you may not be able to talk for another 6 months or so showing how inefficient the court system is. The court system is antiquated. Lombardo is a procedural nightmare. In bible study in jail a car thief told us how to steal cars--You test drive 2 cars and make duplicate keys then you get 2 hookers high on drugs and drop them off at the car dealership and they steal the cars and you don't get caught. Remember this is TOLD to us in bible study but Lombardo would twist the truth and say I'm going to steal cars. Lombardo is suppose to be a Super Lawyer but he is Super SCUM and a degenerate. . You can't meet with a judge or Assistant DA. They hide behind closed doors and black robes. If I wanted to talk to Mr Walgreen I would go through proper channels and meet with him and the problem is worked out in 1 day and not 6 months to a year. Judge Gentile has no courtesy to call Aunt Evie for murdering Uncle Bob because he thinks he is above the law. All Judge Gentile thinks about is swooning Judge Padar. Assistant DA's lie about you to get a conviction to get promoted - I made money for my company to get promoted or a pay raise and not damage someones life just to get a conviction and hopefully get promoted. Conviction rates should be done away with. Stuart is a sick human being. I would hate to be one of his kids. This shows how cold the criminal system is. No empathy and no compassion. Inmates are numbers only. In Naples you are guilty until proven innocent than the other way around. .A VOP hearing should not look at a specific problem if the whole case is horrendous. I even asked for protective custody for my family from murderers -- Lombardo- Gentile- Stuart and Lathrup. It is difficult to get direction from judges. I'm not sure if my 2 cases will be in the 12th or 20th circuits. I'm not sure why my Appeal to the Court of Appeals was denied. They don't tell you. Jeff- Why do you think Judge Gentile, Lombardo, stuart and Lathrup raided my private investigator's office without probable cause and why did Judge Evans perjure herself from the bench lying I had my private investigator sitting in her drive way. What are they scared of? Why did they kick me out of Fla for 10 years -6 false restraining orders for 10 years, and a ankle bracelet on for 10 years. They block you in ever direction to get justice and put you in jail. . They have your criminal defense attorney lie to you that you are not a convicted felon if you don't go to trial.. I was sacrificed by my attorney so he could make his future mortgage payments because he was pressured to lie about me by the Assistant DA so my criminal defense attorney can get future favoritism with the Assistant DA on his future clients to make more fees. That adds up to 28 judges and my divorce is still not over. This does not include the 3 judges in the Lakeland, Florida Court of Appeals and Judge Crown who sent out the US Marshalls when Lombardo told Judge Crown I was going gangbang Lombardos wife and on this order the US Marshalls ended up killing Uncle Bob. That is 32 Judges. -that would be a good name of a movie--32 JUDGES. My mentally ill wife was having sex with bald judges in Naples--they are sexual predators. I try to be creative in jail because it is boring so to keep the mind active and alive I write songs- the one about Stormy is a masterpiece. The saying in the Florida jails is: You go to Florida on Vacation, you go home on Probation and you come back to Florida on Violation. It deals with how Assistant DA's like James Stuart try to ruin your life and career on false charges and keep putting you in jail because he can. The hatred deals with inmates put in jail innocently by Assistant DA's and Hatred of inmates who have broken probation by being 3 minutes late for curfew or their tail light is out and they go to prison for 25 years because they had prior arrests. Very Disgusting. Just think a violation of probation -VOP- can be more jail time than the original crime where you already have done your time.
