The law or statutes in Florida need to be changed for Violation of Probation
This would be one of my new statutes:
Any violation of probation should be a new charge and a Felony. Violations are like violations of your civil rights. They are not all felonies or misdemeanors, but violations.
Do they put people in prison if they violate you civil rights? Usually not, so why do they put you in prison for a violation of probation?
5 years in prison is a cruel and unusual punishment. Its shows the injustice in our legal system as violating someone for probation because they are 5 minutes late for curfew, their tail light is out, driving 70 in a 65 mph zone, putting your divorce case on Youtube, your turn signal is not working, jay walking, open container, homeless trespassing, etc...
Doing this is a vice or legal rape.
5 years is torture and a crime by the judge.
The judge should be impeached and disbarred.
