Judge Padar saw 10 videos last November 2021. 7-8 were Creative Expression Cartoon videos where I was trying to act out my nightmare videos as well as Michael Douglas acts. Judge Padar saw the videos on my website and NOT on You Tube because the Assistant DA got them mixed up. You Tube was taken down in August 2021. They say these videos are harassment where I'm trying to tell my true story by acting out nightmares caused by Lombardo and Gentile during my 8 year atrocious divorce. 45 of 60 videos are where I'm sitting somewhere in my house telling my true story and not acting. Judge Padar saw 2-3 of these- not a fair sampling. She saw 7 or so of the Creative Expression videos. The Judge spent about an hour watching these 10 videos and I was not able to explain to her what she was watching either in November 2021 or April 2022. I was cut off. In November 2021 the Judge said I could give a narrative to explain the videos--listen to audio. Giovana also told me in attorney client that I could give a narrative. Giovana even asked me for a copy of my narrative. I spent 5 months in jail preparing my narrative from about 40 hours of my 60 videos condensed into a one hour narrative. I call this speech My State of the Union Address. The speech in its entirety will be on my website. In April 2022 I was cut off after about 15 minutes to tell what CAUSED me to do the videos -- since my case was reopened by Lombardo and Gentile when they both perjured themselves on the stand in November 2021 by lying about me. We were to have 3 1/2 hours that afternoon and we finished in about an hour. WHY--Lombardo and Gentile lied and my old case was reopened. WHY WILL THEY NOT ALLOW ME TO TELL MY TRUE STORY? The Judge wanted me to take the Fifth before. Now Lombardo doesn't show up for the hearings. I'm trying to summarize my case on YOU TUBE and my website because no one is going to read close to 8 years of transcripts. I'm trying to bring my case into modern day technology with You Tube. You Tube is social media if you socialize on it. My You Tube presentation was turned off so I could not socialize even thou it is still called social media. My website is my personal diary and not considered social media. You have to be asked to see my website where anybody can view You Tube. Example--If you put a hashtag on a word on You Tube like debauchery and someone else types in debauchery on another You Tube site my You Tube debauchery site will come up which is public where my website won't come up. My case of torture by Lombardo and Gentile can be seen under my 45 Constitutional rights violations under cruel and unusual punishment under the 8th Amendment. This is also my legitimate purpose on doing my creative expression cartoon videos which shows my videos are not harassment. My Creative Expression cartoon videos are my WORK PRODUCT showing torture through my acting out my nightmares. It is obstruction of justice to take them away from me. My torture is so bad by Lombardo and Gentile I can just tell you about it but my acting out the torture is EXTRA to better show Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I still have PTSD and terrible nightmares today. My nightmares don't hurt or harass anyone- I just wake up and write them down and act them out later. Nightmares don't come true. There is no intent to harass anyone. My videos show Lombardo and Gentile's harassment and maliciousness towards me and not the other way around. I'm just telling a true story through nightmares on what they have done to me. The nightmares are because of the torture by Lombardo and Gentile. My Creative Expression Cartoon videos are like Saturday Night Live skits which is a different way to tell my true story. The stress of nightmares can lead to strokes and death since I already had 6 A-fib heart operations. Stress is a silent killer.
