My intent on using You Tube was to tell my complicated story to 1. Family and friends and why Uncle Bob was murdered by Lombardo, Judge Gentile, Assistant DA James Stuart etc. 2. To find myself a corruption attorney outside of Florida--Florida attorneys are scared of my case , 3. Hopefully get my 10 year ankle bracelet off since I'm an innocent man and 4. and to tell of my 2 legal precedents I'm trying to set by using You Tube. 1 To bring my legal case into modern day technology 2 To show Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress which is hard to prove - by acting out my nightmares caused by this horrendous case. After I put my true story on You Tube I realized how helpful You Tube has been by holding public officials --Judges, attorneys,etc. to be ACCOUNTABLE for their corrupt actions - that bringing to light this Naples corruption that it may slow down corruption in other parts of the country. There are 2,500,000 bribes a year to Judges. You Tube shows that the truth hurts. My You Tube story has been like an Atom Bomb falling on Lombardo's office and the Naples, Florida courthouse. You Tube has brought my case out of the 8 years of legal transcripts into the present day arena of the truth. Showing my nightmare Creative Expression cartoon videos that is protected by my First Amendment rights, comparing me to the KFC guy who I look like, bible verses jail experiences, etc is not to make light of the seriousness of my case but to bring the correct facts to light by different ways to communicate to tell my true story. 2.
