How do you defend yourself?

HOW DO YOU DEFEND YOURSELF? HOW DO YOU GET A FAIR TRIAL? HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THE WICKED DEVIL AT 77 YEARS OLD? Chris Lombardo of Woodward Pires and Lombardo is a savage, an uncaged gorilla without any ethics, a criminal, a sado masochist, who works outside the civil divorce court room in a civil divorce case and is an attorney who runs rogue out of the corrupt Naples, Florida the legal system. Lombardo uses the criminal side of the courthouse in a civil divorce to punish and torture his opponents--This is LEGAL MALPRACTICE. He is also a criminal and committed 18 felonies against me --all hidden outside the civil divorce. This is LEGAL MALPRACTICE. My court etiquette is to try to get all this criminal activity by Lombardo that is outside the civil courtroom into evidence somehow in both the civil and criminal court rooms. How I do it drives Lisa Kirby nuts. I try to answer questions more than are asked to get this criminal activity into evidence. This is not a crime and it is not bad court etiquette, I went forward in my criminal case with Judge Padar with my so called 1 hour State of the Union address and was cut off about 15 minutes into my speech and told to take a Competency Test because my case is so bazaar and hard to believe on what Lombardo and Gentile have done to myself and my family. I feel this competency test only strengthened my case. I passed the Competency test with flying colors and I was asked by Judge Padar to continue with my State of the Union address after I completed my competency test. . I was on point 110 % in my State of the Union address because I was telling what CAUSED me to do my videos which is the torture done to me by Lombardo and Gentile etc.. Judge Padar spent an hour watching my acting out my videos in court and I was telling her what CAUSED me to make the videos in my State of the Union. . Van Elswick concentrated on these acting videos and not my whole case that was harassment. My poor acting was Creative Expression that falls under FREEDOM of SPEECH outside the civil divorce courtroom. I declined to finish my State of the Union address because I had already got into evidence that Lombardo, Gentile and Stuart are murderers. Judge Padar addressed this in the next hearing about the US Marshall raid. I hope and pray that Judge Padar sees the big picture because the 20th Circuit has turned its back on my case. They are guilty and want my case hidden- so-Judge Mary C Evans steps in to create a CONSPIRACY to cover up all this corruption including murder. Evans used HATE CRIMES against me because I'm going after 2 corrupt judges. She also PERJURED herself from the bench and said I had a private investigator sitting in her front driveway. An OUTRIGHT LIE and shows BIAS and she refused to recuse herself to protect Lombardo and Judge Gentile. This is called the BLACK ROBE SOCIETY. Evans and Gentile are both now in the Charlotte County courthouse -I think to get them away from Lombardo. Evans runs a KANGAROO COURT. She allows all this criminal activity to happen in a civil divorce. To get Gentile impeached I have to go through the criminal courts. HOW DO YOU DEFEND YOUR SELF FROM THE WICKED DEVIL when Lombardo tortures you on the criminal side of the courthouse in a civil divorce case. This is Lombardo's strategy to win divorce cases. He runs rogue and made 2 judges criminals. . He also did this to Randy Place but Randy is scared to talk to us because Lombardo may try to take his child visitation rights away. The following is what Lombardo and Gentile did to me on the criminal side of the courthouse and outside the civil divorce courthouse: 1. All this is corruption by Lombardo and Gentile to steal 90 % of my net worth which is $6 1/2 million dollars from my Merrill Lynch account. This is a CONSPIRACY. and GRAND LARCENY. 2. I have been put in jail 9 times on false charges trying to fight this corruption. FALSE IMPRISONMENT 3. I have had to go in front of 32 total judges in my 9 year divorce of which 24 have been criminal judges in a civil divorce that should have been over in 6 months. Judge Padar is the 24th criminal judge. All of the following is cruel and unusual punishment which is ATTEMPTED MURDER of me by Lombardo and Gentile. 4. Denied me the right to a criminal defense attorney and a corruption attorney twice. OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE and against my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. 5. They had prior evidence that my wife was mentally Ill and that I just had 6 heart operations. Lombardo and Gentile stole us blind with the help of Judge Mary C. Evans. The most lopsided division of assets in Florida history. I was a multi millionaire and now I'm almost homeless. Lombardos excessive fees are twice what I have left. GRAND LARCENY, BRIBERY and ELDER ABUSE. My wife's mental illness devastated our marriage. 6. Lombardo had my wife PERJURE herself on the stand differently when we already had a signed settlement agreement showing intent of the finances. LEGAL MALPRACTICE 7. I tried to stop these thieves by RECUSAL, DISBARMENT, and IMPEACHMENT. They say i'm threatening them, hurting them, stalking hem and harassing them. ALL LIES and DEFAMATION. They say this to make me look like I have bad CHARACTER to hide all their felonies. 8. They use GORILLA WAR TACTICS on me. I was put in a paddy wagon ride from hell for days where I was beat up by a double murderer. Little air, food or water with 11 guys jammed into a small mini van. BATTERY. Cruel and unusual punishment. I have been put in high risk cell blocks. I now have breakfast lunch and dinner with 3 vicious murderers. 9. I have had to go through a NON SPEEDY DIVORCE TRAIL of 9 years and cruel unusual punishment of 9 years. This has caused me to have 6 heart operations, became diabetic, major case of PTSD and bad nightmares that can cause a stroke since I had 6 A-fib heart operations. I have had a torn rotator cuff. This is PHYSICAL and MENTAL ABUSE. 10. I had a TRACKING DEVICE put on my car and now a 10 year ANKLE BRACELET and KICKED OUT of Florida for 10 years. I have 6 FALSE RESTRAINING ORDERS against me for 10 years. This makes it impossible to find attorneys etc on my cases against them. This is OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. That is why I used YOU TUBE to find corruption attorneys outside Florida. 11 Lombardo had 7 people lie and DEFAME me that I was going to murder them. Lombardo lies and twists the TRUTH. This is FEAR MONGERING. 12. Lombardo and Gentle have kicked me out of my Wisconsin home and my Arizona home. HARASSMENT, against my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, INVASION of PRIVACY, ETC. 13. Lombardo and Gentile have framed me to look like a violent convicted felon to cover up their felonies against me and to show bad character of me in front of Judge Padar. DEFAMATION. 14. They have made FALSE CHARGES and FALSE ARRESTS against me with the help of corrupt Assistant DA James Stuart. They all manipulate the corrupt Naples, Florida legal system. ABUSE OF POWER, JUDICIAL ABUSE and MALICIOUS PROSECUTION. 15. Lombardo and Gentile have committed 18 FELONIES against me. See my write ups. 16. I have no criminal record or have I ever hurt anyone. 18 Judge Gentile stated in front of Judge Padar that I put my true case on YOU TUBE to RECRUIT GANG MEMBERS world wide to hurt or kill them. DEFAMATION.. Gentile is a very guilty and unfit Judge. 19 I had to deal with 4 corrupt judges in the 20th Circuit of Naples, Florida --one who RAPED my mentally wife. STATUTORY RAPE. Lombardo promoted STATUTORY RAPE of my mentally wife to Paul the Rapist in Judge Gentiles courtroom. I had never seen this guy and Lombardo represented him and got a RESTRAINING ORDER against me so Paul could RAPE my mentally ill wife. Lombardo became a DOUBLE PIMP and a pervert. Both Gentile and Lombardo are SEXUAL PREDATORS to allow this. 21. Lombardo told Judge Crown I was going to GANGBANG Lombardo's wife and Judge Crown made me a FUGITIVE and sent out the US Marshalls that led to the FELONY MURDER of my family member on false charges without PROBABLE CAUSE. . Lombardo and Gentile made up 2 FALSE CHARGES against me --that weren't even misdemeanors. They called them FELONY 3's and had Corrupt Assistant DA Stuart carry out out FALSE WARRANT against me. Stuart carried out the FELONY MURDER. and Amira Fox promoted a murderer. 24. Lombardo and Gentile had my private investigators office raided to see if I had evidence that they were raping my mentally ill wife. They found out the Judge who RAPED my wife. 25. Lombardo and Gentile allowed my wife to buy a house with joint money and put it in her name only and then a fake name. FRAUD. 26. Judge Gentile is hoping to SWOON Judge Padar because they are both judges. 27. I also can't vote or travel outside the US. 28. Lombardo sanctioned my divorce attorney, threatened my Merrill Lynch wealth money manager and said I was going to kill the Merrill Lynch attorney. ABUSE and LEGAL MALPRACTICE. 29. Lombardo and Gentile want me dead so my criminal and civil cases go away. I have ask Judge Padar for PROTECTIVE CUSTODY for myself and my family from Lombardo, Gentile etc. As a whistle blower I FEAR FOR MY LIFE from Lombardo and Gentile. They try to block me in any way they can. They try to break me to do something illegal so they can keep me in jail longer and longer. THE TRUTH HURTS. They are very guilty and desperate.
